Don’t miss our next FUEL NIGHT with worship and recording artists Jonathan Stockstill and the Deluge Band! Join us Sunday evening April 25th at 7:00 p.m. in the Rock Church sanctuary as we experience another intense worship encounter with our God! Come, and invite your friends for an incredible night of praise and worship. They will also be sharing music from their just-released album UNSHAKABLE! New Ministry Opportunities Launch from Planet Rock!

What an exciting time to get involved with Planet Rock Youth Ministries! We’re growing together and God is birthing some new things for us to do and be apart of to minister to this generation. We have a new ministry launching called the “Net Team” which is our front end ministry that trains youth to be greeters and helps them to connect our new visitors to Planet Rock and they will also be helping with meeting students that come on Sunday mornings to the main building for service. Adult leader Ryan Lentz is giving oversight to this ministry and we’re excited about this new opportunity to make great impressions as soon as students walk through the doors and you can be apart! Another ministry that has just launched is our new Fine Arts Team (Drama, Dance, Skits, etc.) and Sis Sabrina Garza and adult leaders Andrew Wainscott, and Marie Burrows are giving oversight to this new ministry. They are currently taking applications and are starting practices to learn the first new “Human Video” which will be performed at Planet Rock in app. 4-6 weeks. Last but not least is our new Video Ministry called Planet Rock TV and we just shot our first segment called “Student Spotlight” which randomly highlights a student from Planet Rock Youth Ministry. Andrew Snow was the lucky winner and we showed up at his house on a Sat. morning and woke him up to the sound of an air horn all while video recording the morning. It was fun and just think you could be next! So again it’s a great time to get plugged into serving in Planet Rock Youth Ministry!! Don’t sit on the sidelines and wish you could do more…..you can! Guys Night Out

Planet Rock is hosting a guys night Friday, March 5th from 7:00pm – 10:00pm. Come out and enjoy our game room with Xbox 360’s, Nintendo Wii, pool tables, ping pong, foosball, and air hockey. We’re also opening up the gym for basketball and FREE PIZZA for everyone!! Call up the guys and we’ll see you there! PlanetRock Launches A Website

It’s been a long time coming but we’re really excited about the all new Planet Rock Website. It’s our vision and goal to create a culture of connection and fun through the site that will be a hotspot for students to check out on a frequent basis. There’s great momemtum that is forming at Planet Rock Youth Ministry and we want to take what God is doing and get it out to all our friends on the web that are apart of Planet Rock and we want our visitors and new friends to be able to get to know us better. Planet Rock Youth Ministries exists to create an atmosphere for middle and high school students to experience the presence of God, Belong to a Christ centered community, Believe life-changing biblical principles, and Become a world changer with the message of salvation through Jesus Christ

Ministry Description

The weekly Planet Rock youth service is an exciting time filled with live band/worship music, interactive games, video clips, skits, dance, a relevant message for young people today, and an opportunity to respond for personal prayer and ministry.

Ministry Meetings

Our meetings are held every Sunday from 7:00-8:30pm in the Planet Rock building with our game room and cafe’ open from 7:00-7:30pm before each service. Our sunday school classes are from 9:00-9:45am each Sunday morning in C102 in the CCA (Coastal Christian Academy) building.

We also host an annual Youth Convention, School Evangelism Outreaches, Acquire the Fire Weekends, International Missions Outreaches and Christian Concerts.
